I’m disappointed with my experience with Lethal Products. I purchased a Back Seat Bow Sling and noticed a manufacturing/cosmetic defect when I received it. I contacted the company because I wanted a sling without the defect, not simply a refund.
Lethal Products acknowledged the issue as a “cosmetic/minor manufacturing variance,” but stated that because the sling was still functional, it did not qualify for reimbursement of return shipping under their policy. I therefore had to pay the return shipping cost to send back an item that arrived with an imperfection.
They did ultimately issue a full refund for the purchase price, which I appreciate. However, I don’t think customers should have to absorb the cost of returning a product because of a manufacturing issue, even if the company considers the issue minor or the product technically usable.
I really liked the sling and would have preferred to receive one without the defect. Unfortunately, the handling of the return left me disappointed with the overall experience.
Quick access for a bow? The ideal product for the road hunters in the national forest.
Since you didn't purchase the product, you probably are a road hunter without one.
Product is poor quality. Also bow will not fit if it's over 32" axle to axle. I thought this would be a good alternative but I'm just going to buy a bow case.
The product is made of high end materials that are build to last. The product will work fine with a bow over 32 inches as well. We are not sure what issues you had but feel free to contact us.
Solid product for the money, great in easily transporting your bow to free up seat space.
